Aplica un poco de aceite facial en la cara el cuello y el pecho.

Con la parte hueca de la herramienta presiona el cuello con un movimiento descendente.

Con la parte plana de la herramienta realiza un movimiento ascendente en las mejillas.

Coloca el extremo de la herramienta encima de la ceja y realiza un movimiento del interior hacia el exterior.

I LOVE this gua shua. There are plenty of options for buying these elsewhere cheaper but honestly the beautiful orange energy of this stone is everything. Also the curvature is gentle on my face where often they have hard square-ish edges..the serrated side is fantastic too for 'breaking up' fascia congestion. I really think this is worth the extra and appreciate the lovely tote included in the package
